Russia Launches Massive Overnight Strike On Kyiv

At least nine people were killed in an overnight missile and drone attack on Kyiv only hours after officials said there was progress toward a resolution of the conflict during negotiations in London between representatives of the United States, Europe, and Ukraine. Russia hit at least seven other Ukraine regions in the overnight attack, according to Kyiv.
